Booking and License Details

When you make a booking with us, we will collect information from you including personal information and information about your relationship and family. This information is required to enable us to submit a Marriage License and Marriage Certificate application on your behalf.

After your wedding, we will retain your personal information indefinitely for future reference in case of any disputes or errors, or to answer your questions. Your personal information will not be shared or used for any other purposes.

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
